Product Description

The Dao is one of the oldest swords recorded in China (around 3,500 years old), first making its appearance during the mythical Shang Period. The Dao was not used as heavily during the Warring States Period as the Jian, but later found popularity during the Han Dynasty when Calvary played a greater role in war. Centuries later the Dao would come to play an important role in the creation of the Katana. In recent times the Dao has made a come back in popularity due to its appearance in Kung Fu movies.

Blade: The blade of the sword has been constructed from 440 Stainless Steel with a ridged spine and sharp blade. A cut out has been added to the blade, the cut out fits the dart of of the sword. This blade is tough, full tang and sharp. Guard: The guard of the sword is a steel plate that protects the hand. Handle: The handle is the tang of the sword with a black nylon wrap. The pommel of the sword is an eye hole design with a red tassel. Scabbard: The scabbard has been constructed from tough black nylon. The scabbard features a belt loop and adjustable shoulder strap. The top flap of the scabbard folds over and is secured by snaps. The throwing dart is mounted on the side of the scabbard. A snap safety secures the sword in the scabbard. Dart: The dart has been cut from the blade of the sword. The dart is perfectly balanced and sharp. A red tassel has been tied around the back of the dart.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
